Abstract:The western part of Gufengzhuang in the Ordos Basin has a lot of faults and complex structures and the prestack time migration (PSTM) cannot achieve good imaging due to limits of the algorithm.To solve the problem,GeoEast-Diva depth modeling is used to develop 3D prestack depth migration for the first time in the area.First based on PSTM velocity field,an initial interval velocity field is obtained by hybrid model.Then the initial interval velocity is constrained by near-surface inversion velocity,logging velocity,and other information.After that,the interval velocity is iterated with the vertical velocity analysis,and the interval velocity in complex fault zones is obtained in the depth domain.Finally,the interval velocity field is fine-tuned by the grid tomography method to eliminate residual errors.The accurate and reasonable interval velocity field in the depth domain is obtained in this area.So the high-quality prestack depth migrationimage is achieved,which lays a foundation for further promoting application of GeoEast-Diva modeling.
