Abstract:The fault identification and dominant reservoir prediction in Zhangjuhe Oilfield are quite difficult in the seismic comprehensive interpretation.In order to accurately characterize faults,a coherent vo-lume is extracted from datasets processed by structure-oriented filtering.Reservoirs are finely depicted and calibrated.After multi-attribute extraction along the horizon,the attributes sensitive to dominant reservoirs are proposed.Finally,the distribution of dominant reservoirs is predicted by the pattern recognition.Accorcling to the drilling results,the successful ratio of our prediction is above 80%.
