Abstract:The fracture is important place for oilgas migration and accumulation. The most gas reservoirs found in TNL area in Northeast Sichuan are deep fracture gas reservoirs. In this paper by utilizing the 3d pre-stack amplitude preservation processed seismic data, based on established rock physics forward model and by referring to the results of the stress field analysis, the application of pre-stack seismic azimuthal P-wave in the fracture detection was discussed for the fracture reservoir in second section of Jialingjiang formation in TNL area of Northeast Sichuan, and corresponding detection flowchart was summarized. The detection results show that two NE fault development zones and one NW fault development zone were developed in this area, and the fractures were mainly developed in the interleaving zone of NE stress and NW stress.
