Abstract:Conventional inversion methods cannot recog-nine sudden change surfaces.To solve this prob-lem,we present in this paper a joint inversionmethod of gravity,gravity gradient and seismic da-to using the very fast simulated annealing(V F-SA).First,we derive the corresponding relationbetween density interface and gravity derivative.The density contrasts are set to be functions varia-ble with locations to delineate the horizontal varia-tion of density.Then, we use the VFSA methodon model data,and accomplish successfully the in-version of sudden change surfaces.At last,thisVFSA method is applied to real data acquired in Marea.Application results show that our VFSAmethod can accomplish successfully the inversion,and effectively display the surface distribution withthe advantages of computation stable and high pre-cision.
