Abstract:In this paper,we present an optimal general-ized shannon singular kernel convolution differen-Bator for solving seismic wave equation.Usinggeneralized shannon singular kernel convolutiondifferentiator(UDSCD),the first and second orderconvolution differentiators are derived.Then an ef-ficient method is developed to optimize the coeffi-cients of the convolution differentiator.Manygroups of optimal coefficients are obtained for vari-ous operator length and sampling rate per shortestwavelength.Compared with various numericalmethods,the operator accuracy is discussedthrough filter response.Our results from modeltests show that this new method has high accuracyand efficiency in seismic modeling.
