Abstract:The seismic wavelet pick-up based high orderstatistics belongs to statistical wavelet pick-up ap-proaches.This method is widely used in recentyears because it makes full use of statistical infor-mation of seismic data to extract seismic waveletwith non-minimum phase without logging informa-tion. However the method is based on the statisti-cal hypothesis and the statistical information ofseismic data,and the accuracy of this wavelet pick-up needs to be tested.In this paper, we analyzeand summarize several major evaluation approachesfor seismic wavelet pick-up based on high orderstatistics.These approaches have their own advan-tages and disadvantages through the evaluation a-nalysis.Then we develop and prospect a dynamicevaluation approach based on seismic record attrib-utes and wavelet attributes.Through in-depth a-nalysis of wavelet attributes and seismic record at-tributes and the relationship between them,we canfind the wavelet pick-up influence.This may behelpful for the further improvement.
