Abstract:The paper analyzed the 3D converted wave time-distance equation, and from that introduced 3D3C data coordinate rotation theory and rotation equation. It is showed by theoretical model and practical data processing that selecting correct coordinate rotation method is important to acquire converted wave data with higher S/N ratio; using P-wave statics for converted wave data and computing statics at receiver points in common-receiver-point domain is a method achieving good static corrections result of converted wave.
