Abstract:The coherent processing of 3-D seismic data in Xinchang,Dongtai and Hexingchang areas was achieved by using 3-D coherent technique. The result analysis says that the discontinuity of fault or formation characteristic may be shown very clearly by the low coherence anomaly of coherent 3-D seismic data volumes while continuity of formation characteristic is exhibited very obviously by high coherence anomaly of coherent 3-D data volumes. As a result,coherent technique of 3-D seismic data volume has become one of key techniques for reservoir description in the area. It will find its wide application.
