Abstract:Bohai basin is complicated in geological structure. Since 1980, three-dimensional seismic exploration has brought quite good result. With the deepening exploration and development of oil field,the 3-D observation system we used shows its severe limitations and fails to meet today's requirements in oil exploration and development. Complex geological conditions in Bohai basin needs 3-D wide azimuthal observation system,which can remove the disadvantages (big contrast between Iongitudinal multiplicity and lateral multiplicity,nonuniform azimuth distribution)that result from old observation system,so that quite good offset and azimuth distributions are obtained desirably. Offset distribution mainly depends on longitudinaI multiplicity and swath length,and azimuth distribution is decided by lateral multiplicity and swath width. According to real conditions in prospect,3-D wideazimuthal data acquisition can be achieved by using proper longitudinal and lateral multiplicity,and reasonable receiving system.
