Abstract:Parker's inversion method was applied to density interface inversion of high-precise gravimetric data in the Jiyuan basin. In the light of regularization principle, regularization factor a is designed to remove the influence of downward continuation factor in iteration. The regularization factor a is chosen on the principle that both stability and accuracy of inversion result can be guaranteed. A non-uniform inversion model suitable to non-uniform density variation of formation in the Jiyuan basin can be designed using seismic velocity spectrum and known density data. Density interface inversion is conducted under the restraint of known seismic reflector and drilling data. The inversion can offer distinct interface segment which can not be clearly displayed in seismic data. It can be seen from this that combined gravitational and seismic inversion can provide fairly accurate structure information.
