Abstract:The difficulty in precisely estimating location of the common transform point for converted wave results in difficulty for the converted wave imaging.Based on the extraction of the progressive conversion point,the Kirchhoff migration algrithm based on the multiparameter velocity model was conducted to realize pre-stack time migration,by avoiding difficulty in extraction of common transform point,the velocity parameters which are related to converted wave can be extracted from conventional velocity analysis method.With the method the adverse effects which were caused by converted wave asymmetry ray path and strong anisotropy were removed,and the different reflection segments in space for field seismic trace converted wave were migrated to its original location in the space.
