Abstract:The simulated annealing method has been widely used in geophysical data processing, however its serial algorithm often results in low efficiency.By improving annealing scheme for very fast simulated annealing method,a parallel MT very fast simulated annealing constrained inversion method was introduced and realized in this paper. The key improvement in the scheme is that the calculated annealing temperature decreases faster when iteration starts and then the temperature decreasing rate becomes slower,as a result the possibility of inversion result trapping in regional minimum decreased after multi-iterations.The theoretical data testing demonstrated that the improved annealing scheme is much better than traditional method,it raises calculation efficiency for simulated annealing inversion method. The excellent geological results were obtained when applying the method in the data processing and interpretation for geothermal exploration in Hungary.
