Abstract:Based on the geophysical response characteristics of Ordovician carbonate fractured-vuggy reservoir in Tahe Oilfield and by integration of geological data, drilling data, well logging data, testing data and other data, the texture analysis,Manhattan distance calculation and supervision waveform analysis method were utilized to identify the carbonate reservoir and interlayer. The prediction results reflected anisotropic characteristics and 3D spatial distribution of the reservoir, and they also matched the interpretation results of drilling data and well logging data very well. 3D visualization technology was used to characterize reservoir prediction data and conduct multi-angle display,so the distribution of reservoir was clearly shown,Meantime the topological algorithm was utilized to quickly estimate the reservoir volume, which could be used to provide basis for drilling design and reservoir calculation.
