Abstract:The instantaneous floating一point amplifier in seismic data acquisition system improves the accuracy of seismic data recording,but it requires the sample holder to have ,higher response speed and lower hold voltage, Without the two prerequisites of the sample holder,the digitizing accuracy of seismic signals will be seriously deteriorated,particularly in a high sampling rate system,The relationship between the function of the instantaneous floating point amplifer and the property of the sample holder is studied according to the circuit of the sample holder and its property.The improvement of the response speed will be constrained by the circuit configuration; therefore, a compromise is needed that the variation ratio of the sample is introduced into controlling the gain of the instantaneous floating一point amplifier so that the variation ratio of the signal input into the sample holder ,is limited to be lower than the response speed cf the sample holder, Another approach to the problem is to install the sample holder ahead of the instantaneous floatingpoint amplifier.But the error hold voltage will be the key factor inthis configuration.
