Parallel algorithm of one-way wave equation prestack depth migration

Abstract:According to wavefield extrapolation principle of one-way wave equation,the paper summarized the flow of wavefield extrapolation and imaging algorithm of common shot gather in mixed domain,which mainly included three parts: seismic data preprocessing,wave equation velocity analysis and wavefield extrapolation imaging.In view of the characters of wavefield extrapolation algorithm of one-way wave equation and data flow: very suitable for parallel computation of gross-grain task grade,less communication between processor,multiple processing tasks,unequal processing task and extremely unbalanced load at each computing node,the paper adopted master/slaver dynamic load balanced parallel algorithm that can fully use idle resources of multiple processing nodes,improving computing efficiency of job;combining the wavefield extrapolation algorithm of one-way wave equation in mixed domain with master/slaver dynamic load balanced parallel algorithm realized the restoration function of break point of software grade.Using Chinese-built "Stseis prestack depth imaging processing software system" to carry out productive application processing for practical data in Shengli exploration area achieved better prestack imaging results.
