Abstract:Controlled-directional seismic wave receiving methcd used in Sovi-et seismic exploration is described briefly,With the use of multidimen-sional Fourier transform,the principle of this method is demonstrated,and controlled-directional transform formula in continuous domain is derived.The inverse transform algorithm is explained which is used to convert controlled-directional seismic record in time-slowness domain into ordinary seismic record in time-space domain,This method resem-tiles object projection and image reconstruction in modern tomograpry.The use of such transform in seismic data,processing can simplify rro-cessing procedures Such as wave field continuation and interpolation be-tween traces,suppress noise to raise signal-noise ratio,decompose inter-fered waves to improve seismic resolution,and so on,The example is given of how we decompose interfered waves in VSP section and then determine single-wave kinematic parameters.
