Abstract:In face of the characters of layer-partitioning, medium non-homogeneity within layer and interface complexity appeared in multiple complex oil/gas reservoirs, the paper deduced a high-precision numeric modeling algorithm based on boundary element method, which combines boundary integral expression with Lipmann-Schwinger integral equation and considers the influence of volume scattering in non-homogeneous medium based on boundary scattering, which makes it be suitable for forward simulation of arbitrary complex structure. Using techniques of element-variable algorithm, improved block-divided Gaussian element-eliminating method and infinite element absorption boundary, the computational precision and efficiency are improved. The numeric modeling test result showed the practicality and effectiveness of the method.
