Abstract:This paper proposes a microseismic weak signal extraction method based on the independent component analysis and compressive sensing (CS).First,based on the underdetermined blind source separation and sparse signal reconstruction,we get a mixed matrix in the underdetermined blind source separation model by analyzing source signal characteristics.Then we establish the corresponding underdetermined blind signal reconstruction model based on the compressive sensing theory and the mixed matrix.The source signal is reconstructed using orthogonal matching pursuit (OMP) and compressive sampling matching pursuit (CoSaMP).Finally, on the basis of discussing core problems such as the mixed matrix,the orthogonalization,the sparsification,and the sparsification degree,we accomplish the microseismic weak signal reconstruction method based on the independent component analysis and compressive sensing theory.Tests on real data prove that the proposed method is effective and accurate.
