Abstract:The thick desert and deeply buried carbonate reservoirs in the Tazhong Area cause weak-reflection,low signal-to-noise ratio and low-resolution 3D seismic data,which leads many difficuties in fault and fracture recognitions for hydrocarbon progressive evaluation.We first conduct seismic interpretable processing with structure-guided filtering provided by GeoEast,which improves obviously data signal-to-noise ratio.And much clearer lithologic boundaries are delineated.Then we improve the fracture interpretation accuracy with comprehensive attribute analysis such as coherence cube,curvature volume,and other attributes.Meanwhile we carry out fluid monitoring,and hydrocarbon detection in adjacent areas with a hydrocarbon detection module developed under GeoEast.
