Abstract:The oil-bearing strata for old 292 buried hill belong to Lower Paleozoic and Archeozoic, they are buried hill fractured reservoirs. Due to their strong heterogeneity and complicated accumulation conditions,it is very difficult to explore and develop the reservoirs. In order to improve the prediction accuracy for this kind of reservoir, some basic works were conducted, such as the accurate geological and seismic calibration for buried hill subsurface and the detailed seismic interpretation for the buried hill structure, then the structural forward modeling and inversion method of fractures were used,so the distribution and orientation of the fractures in the buried hill were predicted as below:for the Lower Paleozoic strata in the old 292 buried hill mainly developed the nearly East-Westward fractures,NE and NW fractures also developed,NS fractures were less developed, among the fractures in different directions, the extent of the openness for all the fractures are listed below (from good to poor),nearly EW and NE,NW and nearly NS. The satisfied effects were achieved for the well location designing in the favorite target zones, and the reliability of the fractured reservoir prediction method in this area was proved.
