Abstract:It requires original signal series to be minimum phase to make homomorphic deconvolution by Hilbert transform, This paper recommends a new effective method for making minimum phase transform of signal. This method consists of two steps:(1) to solve for the maximum norm root:z of z polynomial zNX(z)of signal series,(2) to weight the series [x(n)] by weight factor z*|-1 whose base is [y(n)]=[x(n)|z*|-n],thus forming a new minimum phase serieszNX(z).The procedure of realizing homomorphic deconvolution by the minimum phase transform of signal series is described and the simple flow of using recurrence method to perform homomorphic deconvolution is offered in this paper, The paper also gives the analogous experiment result: when norm root moves into a certain narrow circular ring inside the unit circle, the wavelet waveform can be more recovered and the width of cepstrum can be allowed to vary in a greater extent.
