Abstract:The paper makes quantitative analysis and comparison between straight and curved ray methods for spatial correction, It can be seen that the straight ray method for spatial correction not only makes the calculation simpler,thus facilitating its application,but also is more advantageons to varying velocity calculation, acheiving correct spatial migration.Finally,the effect of varying velocity straight ray method for spatial correction is shown by examples.
