Abstract:The traditional split-step Fourier prestack depth migration is a migration method based on one-way wave equation, only reflecting kinematical feature of wave propagation and doing not reflect the dynamic feature of wave propagation, can't preserve true amplitude feature of seismic data. For that reason, the paper introduced split-step Fourier true amplitude prestack depth migration algorithm and implementing flow on the basis of traditional split step method, that is, the different true amplitude correction operators are introduced to carry out correction of the traditional operator in two steps implementing traditional split-step migration method, which can realize true amplitude imaging. The paper gave the test result of Marmousi model and migration results of practical seismic data by the algorithm, showing that the algorithm has better amplitude-preserved character.
