Abstract:Using data of single-well cross multi-pole sub-array acoustic logging,differential strain of core and acoustic-emitted ground stress test to carry out quantitative study of structural stress field in Punan area,and using 3D move software to carry out the quantitative study of fracture of reservoir in that area.It is shown by the study of palaeostress field that the structural stress field in the Later Yanshan period in the area mainly is near E-W horizontal compressive stress,and maximum dominant stress in average is 58.4MPa;the structural stress field in the Ximalaya period in the area is NNE-SSW horizontal compressive stress,and maximum dominant stress in average is 48.1MPa.Currently,the range of max.horizontal ground stress in Putaohua reservoir is 24~37MPa;range of min.horizontal ground stress in average is 21.1~28.7MPa;and max.dominant stress direction is NEE-SWW.Using 3D move software to carry out the study of fractural prediction and openness showed the fractural development in the studied area is in the strip distribution with near S-N direction.The main distribution of fracture is in the well-Pu381-well-A0356-67-well-A0402-61,well-A0344-14,well-M701,well-M6 and well-A0402-61;there are two sets of developed direction of fracture:NNE and NWW;the openness of fracture developing in NE direction is better than that in other direction;the openness of fracture is best in the southern areas of well-Pu381,well-A0402-61 and well-M403-well-M405.The predicted results are well identical to the drilling results.
