Abstract:With spectrum constraint operator based on seismic and VSP data, surface-consistent deconvolution can just be operated in a certain frequency band. Therefore this approach, called as well-control spectrum constraint deconvolution, improves seismic data resolution and suppresses high & low frequency noise. In the well-control spectrum constraint deconvolution processing, well-match quantitative analysis provides us with a new quality control measure by correlation analysis of seismic trace and synthetic seismogram or VSP corridor stack. The new quantitative and qualitative analysis provides us more comprehensive parameter optimization methods. Field data applications show that the proposed approach works very well.
