Abstract:Quaternary strata in the Taijinaier Area,Qai-dam Basin are characterized by thin inter-beds.These inter-beds are unconsolidated and uncompacted sandstones and mudstones,which show serious phase-drop on seismic section.To solve these problems,we conduct a thin reservoir study on la-test 3D seismic data.We carry out sedimentation analysis,reservoir prediction and hydrocarbon detection with some tools provided by GeoEast interpretation sub-system such as multi-attribute proportional fusion.Inter-beds details are depicted and a favorable reservoir area is predicted,which provides foundation for future well drilling proposals.
