Abstract:In conventional mountain seismic data processing,the velocity analysis,normal moveout correction and stacking are conducted on CMP plane.Regarding the difference method post-stack time migration in mountain seismic data processing,under the conditions of irregular surface the zero velocity method for difference method post-stack time migration was studied and the migration testing was conducted by using different replacement velocity datasets based on theory model and field data.The studies show that filling replacement velocity between irregular surface and horizontal datum in migration processing could cause imaging error,while filling zero velocity later could obtain accurate imaging results.
