Abstract:Study and application of seismic attributes is throughout the each link of seismic interpretation. Combination of seismic attributes with inversion technology is able to effectively improve the precision of oil/gas reservoir interpretation. The paper introduced the pickup technique of seismic attributes based on referential marker horizon and described in detail the pickup method of horizon attributes. The technology was applied to seismic data interpretation in Qian'anbei area of Songliao Basin to predict sedimentary facies and channel body as well as their distribution by correlation of different kinds of seismic sections, calibration of synthetic seismogram and analysis of seismic attributes and amplitude envelope. The resulted key maps gained by analyses and correlations showed the good application prospect of the method.
