Abstract:The near-surface and subsurface structures are very complex on the northern edge of Qaidam Basin,so the severe static correction problem exists in seismic data processing for the area.In order for us to solve the problem and to better image the complex structures in this area a new method which is to integrate the interactive iteration refraction static correction method, the tomography static correction method and reflection static correction is proposed in this paper. The application results show that the method is feasible and works well, and the problem of huge vertical and lateral change in the near-surface weathered and sub-weathered zone was resolved,as a result it is an effective method.
